Things like health warnings, local hazards, visas and weather conditions are just some of the few things that you need to take note of. If your trip requires physical exertion, for example activities like mountain climbing, trekking, whitewater rafting or even bungee jumping; you will need to get yourself physically ready. Cross-training and focused exercise is advisable so that you don't break down or sustain unnecessary injury during the course of your trip. Also, get a medical check-up before you go, to ensure a clean bill of health and fitness before you embark.
